Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level. Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools. Install sheet metal flashings. Estimate costs and materials. Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms. Follow emergency and safety procedures. Supervision: No supervision responsibility. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Large workload. Repetitive tasks. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
