Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Maintain firefighting equipment. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Equipment: Power lawn mowers. Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments). Snowblower. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driving record check (abstract). Valid passport. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Dependability.
