*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting safety standards across the facility. This role requires a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on complex systems. The position offers an engaging environment where technical expertise and problem-solving skills are highly valued. *Responsibilities* * Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs * Perform safety and security checks * Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies * Work with minimal supervision * Repair and maintain machinery This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing setting where technical skills are essential for success.
