Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Check, lubricate, refuel and clean equipment. Operate various vehicles and equipment. Report any malfunctions to supervisor. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : AZ class license. Air Brakes Endorsement. DZ class license. Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. Truck or equipment experience: Garbage truck. Snow transportation truck. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Vehicle supplied by employer. Valid driver's licence. Drive manual transmission vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Hand-eye co-ordination. Physically demanding. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
