Reporting to the manager, your role involves assessing guest needs and providing tailored treatments to enhance physical and emotional well-being. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for building rapport and ensuring a positive experience for spa guests. *Job Summary:* * Full-time, permanent position * Wage: $22.00 - 27.00 per hour *Responsibilities:* * Learn and deliver Ste. Anne's unique treatment menu with expertise. * Collect clients from guest waiting room, validate guest details/preferences, and provide information about their treatment. * Provide high quality spa treatments that align with Ste. Anne's status as a 4 diamond CAA standard getaway. * Communicate effectively with guests to explain procedures and aftercare instructions. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized. * Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with guests. * Demonstrate consistent professional conduct, including monitoring for appropriate language and topics of discussion during treatments. *Qualifications:* * 1 year's experience as an Aesthetician * Excellent customer service skills * Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written * Ability to create a comfortable and safe environment for clients #HPIND Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vision care Ability to commute/relocate: * Grafton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): * Available to work most weekends Experience: * aesthetician: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
