<div><strong>Company Overview:</strong></div><div>Waxkitty? is a Toronto?s professional hair?removal service provider & specializing in sugaring, waxing, and laser hair removal.<br><br>We?re a rapidly growing studio where focus is on high quality client service & creating a team of talented professionals.<br></div><div><strong>Description & Benefits:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Position: </strong>Sugaring & Waxing hair removal aesthetician.</li><li><strong>Part-Time(25-32 hours per week): </strong>Saturday (9-8PM), Sunday(9-7PM), One more day (Flexible).</li><li><strong>Must be comfortable performing services on male and female clientele </strong>(male below the belt services optional).</li><li><strong>Salary:</strong> $19 - $22 / hour (commensurate with experience).</li><li><strong>Plus, Great tips:</strong> ($12 - $18 / hour on average).</li><li>Product Sale Commission.</li><li>Laser Hair Removal Sale and Service Commission.</li><li>Yearly Bonus.</li><li>Gym Membership reimbursement.</li><li>Great opportunities to grow as a senior esthetician or grow in other management roles.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Total Average Compensation:</strong> $31 to $40 / hour</div><div><strong><br>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Full Body waxing, sugaring & laser hair removal (and/or eyebrow tinting and shaping, and is comfortable waxing anyone considered a HUGE asset!).</li><li>Product, membership sales.</li><li>Building a Clientele.</li><li>Weekly one on one results meeting with your store Manager.</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized work space.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Esthetician certificate (from a Canadian institution)</strong> (required).</li><li><strong>Experience in waxing is must. (Mandatory)</strong></li><li><strong>Experience in sugaring. (Optional - training will be provided)</strong></li><li><strong>Experience with laser hair removal along with a valid certificate is a strong advantage. (Optional)</strong></li><li>Excellent communication and client service skills.</li><li>Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.</li><li>Professional, reliable, and eager to contribute to a positive team environment.</li><li><strong><u>Will be trained on Sugaring and Laser hair removal techniques and standards.</u></strong><br></li></ul><div>If you're an enthusiastic esthetician with a commitment to delivering excellent results, we?d love to hear from you!
