The Northwest Territories government and the Northwest Territories Teachers’ Association ratified a new collective agreement, retroactive to August 1, 2023, and effective until July 31, 2026. The agreement includes a retroactive salary increase of 5%, a 3% increase in 2024, and a 4% increase in 2025.
