The Government of British Columbia has approved a new long-term care home with 221 beds for the community of Quesnel. The City of Quesnel has provided land for the project and construction is expected to begin in fall 2026. The facility will be ready for residents in late 2028. The home will also offer an adult day program which will support older adults living independently at home.
