<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a Tool & Material Customer Service - Retail Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Welcome and identify customer needs</li><li>Explain products and services to customers</li><li>Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock</li><li>Enter and process customer orders</li><li>Investigate and resolve customer complaints</li><li>MUST be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to serve customers in a cheerful and helpful manner.</li><li>Strong ability to communicate product knowledge and determine customers' needs by asking questions and finding solutions to their problems.</li><li>Working safely while providing superior customer service - this includes greeting customers, providing information, completing sales and arranging deliveries.</li><li>Responding to customer inquiries and helping customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise along with responding to requests for assistance throughout the store.</li><li>Comfortable lifting 50lbs and can use a Ladder to retrieve products on shelves</li><li>Stocking products, creating displays and learning about new products and attending all training.</li><li>Build professional relationships with customers including promoting and recommending products.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills with the ability to read, write, and do simple mathematics.</li><li>Comfortable making outbound calls</li><li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check.</li><li>Responsible for and not limited to the following: preparing quotes, doing material takeoffs, ordering, stocking materials, and shipping and receiving</li><li>Handling telephone inquiries-making follow-up calls- merchandising.</li><li>Assembling products and displays-help out in shop and yard when backlogs occur-and any other tasks management requires.</li><li>Excellent phone manner with a professional personable attitude.</li><li>Drywall industry would be a definite asset</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to build rapport with customers</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>CSR Building Supplies is an industry leader in providing specially tools and accessories for the drywall industry.
