*WHO WE ARE* Launch Rehab is a multidisciplinary rehab studio with a team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, registered massage therapists, kinesiologists, acupuncturists and dietitians. What sets us apart from other rehabilitation clinics is our level of personal care and attention; we are looking to foster long-term relationships with our clients. We provide personalized, hands-on, 1-on-1 care to help our clients reach their rehabilitation or wellness goals, and beyond. We are committed to our vision of lifting each other up. Whether it?s through physical rehabilitation or community partnerships, we are a launching pad for all to reach new heights! We currently have four locations ? in North Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster and Coquitlam. We are looking to expand our team with a highly skilled and driven counsellor who can offer in-person/telehealth services to all our clients across the Lower Mainland. *WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR* * Master?s University Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related discipline * Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association * You are passionate, team-oriented, and have a growth mindset * You are committed to providing person-centered 1-on-1 care * You are client-centric and focus on the client?s experience by fostering and maintaining their journey of care in collaboration with other therapists and staff * You advocate for your own development and reach out to learn from your fellow therapists, senior therapists and Clinical Directors * You are willing to contribute to community events/workshops * You are a clear communicator and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills * You strive to excel in a positive customer service experience *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Independently manage your own caseload by providing comprehensive assessment and treatment within the scope of practice for a clinical counsellor according to the standards outlined by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors * Deliver high-quality care to every client that works through our door * Through your assessment and treatment create action plans to help clients do what they love * Develop and communicate action plans for each of your clients * Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms * Complete charting for each client according to the standards outlined by your professional governing body * Develop interpersonal relationships with clients and team members * Adhere to clinic business processes and operation workflows * Engage with the local community and referral sources to support the development of your caseload * Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education sessions provided within company and external partners * Collaborate with your Clinical Director on an ongoing basis *LAUNCH PERKS* * *Highly competitive percentage fee splits* * Extended health benefits * Health and wellness fund * One-on-one mentorship sessions * Bi-monthly education sessions * Team-building social events * Full access to Jane App software for appointment bookings * Fully staffed front desk with client care coordinators who will handle appointment rescheduling, direct billing (e.g., insurance, ICBC), and provide exceptional customer service. * Bonus compensation for referral of new team members * Professional and friendly work environment * Collaborative and supportive team *SCHEDULE* * Monday to Friday *PAY* Percentage Split Model Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $70.00-$100.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 ? 30 per week Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * Company events * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * Life insurance * On-site gym * On-site parking * Tuition reimbursement * Wellness program * Work from home Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: Hybrid remote- LocationNew Westminster, BC
