We are seeking an *Experienced Project Manager* to oversee restoration projects, ensuring quality service, efficiency, and client satisfaction. *Responsibilities:* * Manage multiple restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. * Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors. * Conduct site inspections, assess damages, and prepare estimates. * Oversee field crews and ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations. * Maintain detailed project documentation and manage budgets. * Ensure exceptional customer service and communication throughout the restoration process. *Qualifications:* * *Proven experience in project management* within the restoration, construction, or insurance industry. * Strong knowledge of *restoration procedures*, insurance claims, and estimating software (Xactimate is an asset). * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver?s license and ability to travel within the Guelph area. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary based on experience. * Company vehicle and fuel allowance. * Benefits package, including health and dental. * Opportunities for professional growth in a reputable restoration company.
