*Who we are looking for:*
This is a full-time hybrid position as an Account Executive with PaayaTech. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including inside sales, outbound sales, and ongoing account management. The role is centrally based in the heart of Mississauga?s tech hub, with some WFH flexibility.
*What You Will Do:*
* *Proactively identify and pursue opportunities: *Maintain a constant pipeline of prospects via networking, social media, referral activities, etc. within North America.
* *Build lasting relationships:* Connect with prospects and clients, understand their needs, and be their go-to resource for technology solutions to their problems.
* *Exceed your targets, crush your goals:* You?ll work in a fast-paced environment where success is celebrated, and exceeding targets is part of the job.
* *Collaborate with team members:* Share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a supportive and cooperative work environment.
* *Actively seek coaching:* Accept guidance from peers and managers to enhance sales techniques and performance.
* *Operate with minimal supervision:* Demonstrate a proactive approach to finding solutions to challenges as they arise.
* *Maintain high integrity:* Ensure the delivery of the right solutions to the right clients consistently.
* *Utilize CRM tools: *Manage and track the sales pipeline to effectively achieve targets and forecast accurately. (HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.)
* *THIS IS A GAME CHANGING OPPORTUNITY: *Hit the ground running as Salesperson #1 for an agile organization poised for explosive growth!
*Who You Are:*
* *Post-Secondary education:* Preferred, or equivalent and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of.
* *At least 1 to 2 years in B2B sales: *Preferably in the software/SaaS industry, and predominantly hunter sales experience is highly desired.
* *A drive to succeed:* You?re ambitious, hungry, and ready to make a difference. Sales targets are a challenge you?re excited to meet head-on.
* *Willingness to learn:* Whether you?re relatively new to sales or looking to level up, you have a growth mindset: Feedback is fuel and you?re eager to grow.
* *Strong communication skills:* You?re confident, articulate, professional, empathetic and driven by identifying and solving problems for your clients.
* *Resilience: *Sales is tough, but you are tougher. You don?t shy away from challenges ? you thrive and excel in competitive environments.
* *Ability to occasionally travel: *Conference/trade show attendance in the U.S. will require ability to travel and fluency in English.
*Bonus Points:*
* *Experience selling into legal: *While certainly not essential, experience selling into legal, accounting, healthcare, etc. verticals wouldn?t hurt?
