*Job Summary* The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's goals., *Responsibilities* - Lead talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring and training - Negotiate and administer employee benefits and compensation packages - Administer RRSP group plan - provide guidance on HR best practices - Performamce evaluation , managing benefits and leaves - Manage budgeting for HR operations and initiatives - Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy - Utilize data analysis skills to make informed HR decision - Implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency - Familiarity with HR systems such as Dayforce and SAP *Requirements* - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role - In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices - Strong leadership and communication skills.
