Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Asset languages: German. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Work setting: Sales. Tasks: Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates. Maintain sales records for inventory control. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Office management. Invoice clients. Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging. Conduct sales transactions. Help with scheduling and workflow. Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings. Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Repair roofing systems. Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems. Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings. Identify customers' needs . Enter client information in databases. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Willing to travel regularly. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Manual dexterity. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Up to 45 kg (100 lbs). Screening questions: What is the highest level of study you have completed?.
