*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance and repair, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics for various HVAC systems. *Duties* - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. - Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems, including boilers and other appliances. - Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment. - Weld components as needed for repairs or installations. - Plumb new installations or modifications to existing systems. - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. - Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. - Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. - Team player that meets our core values. *Qualifications* - Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. - Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and appliance repair. - Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. - Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to HVAC installations and repairs. - Familiarity with plumbing practices associated with HVAC systems is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. - Certification in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.
