Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Instruct apprentices. Supervise other workers. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Work with minimal supervision. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
