Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Implement soil fertility programs. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Train seed cutting techniques to farm labourers . Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Supervision: 5-10 people. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Organized. Team player. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Employment terms options: Morning. Day.
