Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities. Greenhouse cleaning. Implement soil fertility programs. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Maintain financial and production records. Negotiate with clients for provision of services. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Perform general farm duties. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
