The Domaine des Trois-Pistoles, a retirement home, began construction on 17 social housing units in the city of the same name. The $10.3M project, which should be finished in January 2026, is supported by the three levels of government.
The Caisse populaire Desjardins de La Matanie inaugurated its new head office in Matane following a $7M investment. Approximately 70 employees work there.
The Centre de la petite enfance des Cantons received $3.5M from the provincial government to build two daycare centres with 21 spots each in Cacouna and Saint-Hubert-de-Rivière-du-Loup. The centres are scheduled to open in the summer of 2025.
