Job details
Tasks * Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services * Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs * Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems * Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff * Plan and manage the facility's operations budget * Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal Education * Bachelor's degree and above Experience 5 years or more Job Type: Full-time Pay: $98,280.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off * RRSP match Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Bachelor's Degree (required) Experience: * Industrial maintenance: 5 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationWinnipeg, MB
